gonna take a break from here till monday.
past few days I've been trying to change my sleeping patterns.
First day, couldn't sleep till 4 am. had to wake up by 9. Whole day tired but force myself don't sleep when I come back. 12 am then sleep tmr wake up fresh.
Second day FAILED, couldn't sleep till 4 am again had to wake up by 8.
TODAY FAILED HARDEST, suppose to wake up at 6 30 for lecture at 8. SLEEP till 8 30, lucky nv miss practical.
btw got my mech test results, 32/40 two mistakes fug.
Actually its careless mistake but mistake is a mistake nvm.
Now its 10:48 pm gonna tahan till 11 pm then sleep till tmr.
If you are wondering "then why don't sleep now tmr sure fresh"
because if I sleep now I sure wake up halfway in the night for no reason. I really hate tossing and turning in bed (who doesn't)
